ANALYSIS: Any sentence with ‘should’ or ‘would’ is highly likely to be the conclusion of an argument.

The argument is saying that, for the reasons listed, it would have been better to buy the tree last summer.

Keep in mind that the first sentence is often the conclusion. You’re looking for a sentence supported by all the other premises.
